Night Support Worker

We’re looking for a kind, compassionate, and resilient Night Support Worker at our Bracknell Young People services.

What you’ll do:

• Build supportive, trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere.
• Work proactively with team members to handle caseloads and administrative tasks.
• Conduct engaging and innovative key work sessions to achieve Support Plan goals.
• Assess and manage risks associated with customers, promoting positive risk-taking.
• Support customers with daily living activities, including budgeting, cooking, and establishing nighttime routines.
• Assist in maintaining a healthy environment and personal hygiene.
• Record and report customer incidents accurately.
• Manage referrals, complete assessments, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Develop relationships with partner organizations to improve service outcomes.
• Follow lone working protocols and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Involve customers in service design and delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, including fire safety measures.
• Lead shifts in the absence of a manager and ensure effective handovers.
• Engage in learning activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.
