Job summary

CareTech is recruiting a Wake Night Support Worker in Hythe to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and assisting with daily living skills while following individual support plans.

Full training is provided; DBS is required. You’ll join a supportive team, eligible for care-specific benefits, and work on a rotational night schedule to ensure consistent, compassionate care for

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; full training provided.
• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Must be able to work on a rota including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
