Job summary

Go Traffic Management is hiring a Night Supervisor for the North West depot. You will oversee day-to-day operations, liaising with the Regional Manager to ensure client KPI targets are met and that the depot runs profitably and safely.

Your role includes supervising staff, audits, and maintaining strong client relations. The position requires Lantra qualifications, a full clean driving license, and hands-on experience with utility drawings and CAD for TM drawings.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A-D, 002, 010 and related qualifications.
• Lantra LTMO or TSCO preferred.
• A full clean driving license is required.
• Experience reading and relaying information on utility drawings and using CAD to generate TM drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operatives to maintain high work standards.
• Ensure 12D paperwork is completed and returned.
• Perform site checks for safety and compliance.
• Oversee daily vehicle and defect checks.
• Coordinate monthly site audits and LRQA compliance.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability via rota system.
• Lead team briefs with Operations Manager; contribute to monthly team briefings.
• Manage the admin/customer service team.
• Ensure depot KPI compliance and client relationships.
• Support recruitment and staff training with Operations team.
• Conduct client site visits and surveys.

Night Supervisor - North West

As a Night Supervisor, you will oversee all day-to-day activities in the depot liaising directly with the Regional Manager to ensure all client KPI’s are met and the depot functions in a profitable, safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all operatives to ensure a high standard of work is maintained
• Ensure all 12D paperwork is completed legibly and returned to the relevant department.
• Perform site specific checks on all site set ups that have been carried out that week to ensure safety and compliance
• Responsible for daily form checks on Vehicle Locks, Vehicle Checks and defects
• Ensure the completion of a site audit per team per month, working with the Operations Manager to ensure LRQA compliance
• Ensure 24/7 call out service is always available via the Rota system already agreed
• Deliver team compliance briefs with the Operations Manager; also providing input for the Monthly / Bimonthly Team Brief for Support Services Manager
• Manage the administration / customer service team
• Ensure the depot remains compliant with customer KPI’s
• Work closely with the Operations team to recruit staff and ensuring all members of staff receive the appropriate training
• Client site visits and complete site surveys
• Maintain a good working relationship with all clients

Experience and Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D, 002, 010
• Preferably Lantra LTMO or TSCO
• Full clean driving license
• Experience in reading and relaying information on Utility Drawings
• Experience using CAD to generate TM drawings
• Auditing experience or training qualifications an advantage
