A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT SUPERVISOR AT RAMADA BY WYNDHAM BELFAST

What you'll be doing...

• Assisting with the overall operation of the hotel during the night time hours
• Attending to guests' inquiries and requests
• Ensuring the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion
• Identifying and reporting preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...

• Experience in working night shifts is preferable
• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
