About The Role

An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen. Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire Security Officers to work at the Ulster University Belfast Campus.

This role is suitable for someone committed to providing excellent customer service, organized, energetic, and willing to go above and beyond in their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security to our client’s premises, ensuring full protection of the site along with other security duties.

Location of work:

• Ulster University Belfast Campus

Hours of Work:

• Permanent
• Shifts 2 out of 7 days
• 12-hour shifts
• Day and night shifts
• Holiday and absence cover

Rate of pay:

Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce our vision to be our clients’ “partner of choice”;
• Ensure the safety and security of the premises and surrounding area by conducting patrols internally and externally, permitting only authorized personnel;
• Proactively operate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capture footage of evidential value if required;
• Report security incidents or system failures to Line Management and identify potential risks or concerns;
• Comply with SIA, company, and client operating procedures, practices, and protocols;
• Contribute to achieving strategic and operational targets and overall business aims;
• Provide professional service and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Respond to first aid requirements;
• Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
