Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Night Manager in Peterborough to lead the night team and keep the store running while the world sleeps. You will manage 45 hours per week across a 4-night, 7- day rotating roster, including weekends, with the store open 24 hours.

You will drive trading activity, coach colleagues, and maintain best-in-class shopfloor standards, safety, and compliance across departments. A proactive, hands-on leader with strong customer focus will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the night team to deliver high shopfloor standards.
• Oversee all store operations during night shifts and ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure availability, stock integrity and smooth handover to the day team.
