Kingdom Services Group Ltd. is seeking a reliable Night Shift Stock Team Administrator to join a busy fruit production and packing operation in Canterbury.

You will support stock control, maintain accurate records and coordinate information between teams during the night shift to ensure production requirements are met. The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to safety and efficiency on the night shift.

Qualificações

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English communication, both written and spoken.
• Basic to good numerical skills.
• Proficiency with computers and stock management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate stock records and update computer-based stock systems.
• Record stock movements, deliveries and transfers accurately.
• Support stock control activities and ensure inventory records are up to date.
• Check and verify stock information against production and operational requirements.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production and stock teams.
• Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the night shift team with general administrative duties.
• Follow company health and safety, food safety and stock control procedures.
• Report stock discrepancies or issues to the appropriate teams.
