Choice Care is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to join our Leominster team on a 36-hour rota, including weekends. Training and mentorship are provided free of charge, with a clear career path from day one.

You will offer personal care, assist with activities, manage records, and follow care plans and policies. A patient, reliable, flexible team player with good communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Patient, reliable, flexible, team player with good communication.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Following care plan guidance and company policies.
• Developing an open, honest, and compassionate relationship with residents.
• Maintaining written daily records.
• Attending and completing training as required.
