Job summary

Choice Care in Salisbury is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily activities and monitor medications for residents. You will be guided by care plans and supported by in-house training from day one, with a clear career path as you grow within the team.

The role involves shift work including weekends, with a 36-hour week and flexible patterns to fit personal commitments. A supportive environment and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• We will train and mentor you to become a highly skilled professional.
• No formal qualifications required; training provided and career path set from day one.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures.
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents.
• Maintaining written daily records.
• Attending and completing training as required.
