Chailey Heritage Foundation in North Chailey, East Sussex is looking for a Social Care Team Manager (Nights). You'll lead overnight social care colleagues, managing a blended week of night and day shifts to ensure safe, high‑quality care.

Typical week includes 3 night shifts (2 Duty Manager nights, 1 hands‑on night) and 2 day shifts focused on training, supervision and wider management duties. You will role‑model values, safeguard practice, coach colleagues, and maintain your own skills through

• Strong leadership of overnight teams.
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visible, values-led leadership to colleagues working nights.
• Act as Duty Manager and ensure safeguarding and safety of children and young people.
• Support colleagues with coaching and on-the-spot guidance to embed best practice.
• Contribute to training, supervision and wider management responsibilities during day shifts.
• Promote consistent standards and high-quality care across the service.
