Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Night Site Manager / SMSTS Supervisor for a high-profile highways & civils package near Chicklade, Wiltshire. You will act as the principal on-site representative, leading night operations, coordinating civils, highways and utility works while maintaining strict safety and CDM standards.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work are essential.
• Proven background managing civil engineering, highways or utility schemes.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 from a Principal Contractor perspective.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's / Principal Contractor's primary manager on site during night operations.
• Enforce site safety compliance, RAMS, and traffic management standards.
• Coordinate on-site activities between specialist highways and utility sub-contractors.
• Manage shift start/end briefings, site handovers and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and report to the senior project management team.
