Mploy Staffing Solutions has multiple positions for Warehouse Operatives with or without forklift experience, available in Andover area. These positions are available immediately with a guarantee of full-time hours every week and attractive overtime pay rates.

You will be working for a reputable and recognizable enterprise that is rapidly growing its business and offers great career progression opportunities.

These positions do not require working in chill/freezer environments; only ambient areas, and no food processing or handling is involved.

We have both temporary and temp-to-perm positions available, depending on your skills and performance.

Available shifts:
· 21:30 - 6:00 (Sunday to Thursday)

Basic Hourly Pay Rate: £13.66 (including £0.57 attendance bonus).

Duties will vary depending on shift and department but will include:
· Picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, and loading orders ready for dispatch.
· Manually handling goods where required.
· Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
· Reporting any issues to warehouse management or supervision.
· Moving stock around the warehouse by hand or using lifting equipment, e.g.,
· Unloading, breaking down pallets.

Requirements:
· Team player with organizational skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Physical ability for manual handling.
· Ability to follow Health and Safety standards.
· Communicative level of English.
· Some warehouse experience.
