Job summary

Quest Employment is seeking experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to supervise nights; 6pm–6am, 4 on 4 off, in Coventry. This role covers inbound, outbound, fulfilment and logistics, with a hands-on leadership approach to keep teams motivated and standards high in a fast-paced operation.

You’ll oversee day-to-day running, collaborate with Supervisors and Operations Management, manage workflow and staffing, and act as the main support for operatives on shift.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving under pressure.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse operatives across the shift.
• Manage workflow across inbound, outbound and fulfilment.
• Assist with labour planning and shift organisation.
• Monitor productivity, performance and operations flow.
• Support rework, repack and operations projects as needed.
• Assist with training and onboarding new starters.
