Job summary
apetito UK is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to support the Shift Managers in running the coldstore and achieving KPI targets. You will lead a team of operatives during 22:00–06:00, Sunday to Thursday, ensuring safety, quality and efficient operations.

Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Working Time Directive.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop direct reports to maximise performance.
- Manage shift operations ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements to maintain service levels.
- Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to achieve site goals.
- Ensure compliance with budgeted productivity and HR plans.
- Report KPI, hours, H&S and provide daily handovers.
- Communicate effectively with shift teams and management.
