Job summary

Portmeirion Group PLC is seeking a Warehouse Packer to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will accurately prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders, ensuring items are labelled correctly and protected for transit.

The role emphasises safety, quality, and timely shipping to maintain excellent customer satisfaction. You will work Monday to Thursday nights (21:50–06:00) and Friday nights (19:50–03:00) in a busy warehouse environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail.

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards
• Check items for damage and accuracy before packing
• Use packing materials appropriately to protect goods during transit
• Label and seal packages correctly for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
• Follow all warehouse procedures
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet trucks, scanners)
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Report damaged stock, shortages, or errors to management
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
