Job summary

The Warehouse Packer at Portmeirion Group PLC is responsible for accurately preparing, packing and dispatching customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures products are handled safely, labelled correctly, and shipped on time to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

You will perform tasks with good attention to detail, speed and accuracy, and you will rely on basic numeracy and literacy skills, follow instructions, and work well as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders according to company standards.
• Check items for damage and accuracy before packing.
• Use packing materials to protect goods during transit.
• Label and seal packages correctly for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
• Follow warehouse procedures.
• Operate basic equipment (trolleys, pallet trucks, scanners).
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
• Report damaged stock, shortages or errors to management.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
