Job summary

Work Lyf Group Ltd is recruiting for a Warehouse Night Operative in Welshpool, Wales. The role is full-time and permanent with a £28,951 per annum salary and night shifts from 12:00am to 9:00am, Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will unload trailers, scan and sort freight, assist drivers with loading, and ensure accurate, safe handling of goods while maintaining a clean, safe workplace and adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the unloading of trailers.
• Scanning and sorting freight into the correct bays.
• Supporting van drivers with loading their vehicles for daily routes.
• Ensuring freight is handled safely and accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational deadlines.
