Job summary

Recon Recruitment is seeking warehouse operatives to work on production and sorting lines in Fareham. Shifts start at 23:00 (Sunday to Friday) and run for about 8–9 hours, finishing around 7–8 am. Tasks include loading, unloading, and scanning parcels, offering a varied set of on-site duties.

The role requires committed individuals to join the team and adapt to the night shift schedule. Multiple positions are available with potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work on production and sorting lines.
• Comfortable with night shifts and variable start times (23:00).

Responsibilities
