Job summary

CULINA is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill Nights Pick team in a modern, fast-paced chilled warehouse. You will be hands-on, picking stock, moving items safely, and ensuring accuracy while working as part of a dependable team.

This full-time, permanent role runs 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on/4 off pattern from 19:00 to 07:00, with temperatures between 2 and 4°C. Salary is £32,322.68 per annum, with performance bonuses up to £1,200 per month for high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse environment (advantageous).
• Comfortable in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and picking stock in a chilled warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from profiles and ensure correct quantities.
• Operate RF scanner and load/unload different trailer types.
• Maintain health and safety and housekeeping standards.
