Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking Warehouse Operatives for the NN6 Crick site. This full‑time night role runs 22:00–06:00 from Sunday to Thursday, with breaks paid and overtime after 40 hours. The position will be on nights for 8 weeks, then rotate to days and afternoons (Mon‑Fri, no weekends).

Pay starts at £14.75 per hour, rising to £22.13 per hour on the 6th shift. Duties include loading/unloading, picking/packing, stock reception and inventory checks, plus operating pallet trucks and warehouse

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking and willing to learn, with transferable skills or previous experience working in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Receiving, checking and processing incoming stock
• Sorting and organising inventory in designated storage areas
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling of goods
• Operating pallet trucks and warehouse equipment
• Maintaining accurate stock levels through regular checks
• Labelling, wrapping and preparing products for dispatch
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and hazard‑free
• Lifting up to 60kg (2-person lift)
