Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Operative in Yate (near Bristol) with counterbalance forklift experience. The role offers a solid salary package (£29,000 base + £4,000 Night Shift Allowance), 31 days holiday, full training and clear progression opportunities within a family-run business.

You'll work Sunday to Thursday nights, 9:30pm–6:00am, loading lorries, moving stock onto racking and preparing orders for dispatch.

Are you a Warehouse Operative with counterbalance forklift experience, looking for a secure night-shift role with a well-established, family-run business where you'll be part of a supportive team, receive full training and have genuine opportunities to progress your career?

In this role, you'll work Sunday to Thursday nights, from 9:30pm to 6am, carrying out a range of warehouse duties including loading lorries, moving stock onto racking and preparing orders for dispatch. You'll help ensure products are handled safely and efficiently, with forklift experience being beneficial to the role.

This role would suit a Warehouse Operative with previous warehouse experience, looking for a stable night-shift position with a company that values its employees and offers opportunities to progress.
