Job summary

Thrive Group in Castle Cary is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts. The role involves picking, packing and building orders, loading/unloading vehicles, and training on MHE. A clean, safe workspace and reliability are essential.

Experience in warehousing is preferred; driving licence is required. Lifting up to 20+ kg and the ability to work alone or in a team are important. Temporary to permanent opportunity with pension and parking facilities.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and build orders according to the picking sheet.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Training on MHE to complete stock movement throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment; heavy lifting is required.
• Be 100% reliable and able to work as part of a team or alone.
