Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Permanent, Full-Time Warehouse Operative in Bristol, on a night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 Sunday to Thursday.

The role focuses on packing, scrap management, quality checks, and maintaining safety, with a 37.5 hour week and a salary of £27,000 plus 25% shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and safely for dispatch.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Manage and dispose of scrap materials in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support warehouse operations to help achieve production targets.
• Operate warehouse equipment and systems as required.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
