You will schedule, guide, and train staff, manage supplies and equipment, and report to the Facilities Manager. Nights and weekend hours are required, with a focus on delivering excellent passenger experiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate a team of train cleaners, including scheduling, task assignment, and guidance
• Oversee cleaning of train interiors and exteriors to meet standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety; take corrective actions
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety, and equipment operation
• Ensure safety guidelines and PPE protocols are followed
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, supplies usage, and incidents; report to Facilities Manager
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer complaints related to cleanliness
