Job summary

Chevron Traffic Management in Exeter is seeking Night Shift Operatives to support traffic management on high-speed infrastructure projects. You may join as an Operative, Foreman, IPV Foreman/Operative or Trainee, with flexible night hours and weekend work when required.

We offer guaranteed hours, overtime opportunities, a £500 welcome bonus in your first pay, and access to our Internal Academy for paid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: 12AB, 12b LTMO or 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification.
• Knowledge: Chapter 8 regulations.
• Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points; bans expired ≥5 years ago.
• Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test; contingent on results.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management equipment.
• Driving and operating IPV vehicles where qualified.
• Leading or supporting a crew to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Setting up and managing lane closures, road closures, and diversions.
