Job summary

pladis Foods Limited is seeking a Team Member for night shifts at the Long Lane site in Aintree. The role supports the manufacturing team to deliver high‑quality products safely and efficiently, with a right‑first‑time approach.

You'll work 7pm–7am on a 3 on, 3 off schedule, contributing to safety, quality and cost‑effective production while collaborating with colleagues across shifts. Training and growth opportunities are available within a globally recognised confectionery business.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and quality standards on the line.
• Optimize line output by setting up machines and reviewing performance data.
• Coordinate material movement and ensure smooth start‑up and shutdown.
• Maximise plant efficiency and minimise waste.
• Carry out food safety checks and comply with quality guidelines.
• Communicate key operational information to shift teams.
