THG Manufacturing in Warrington seeks a Production Team Leader to oversee a Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am shift. You will lead a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality finished goods, driving continuous improvement and waste reduction across production, quality, and warehouse functions.

Responsibilities include rota planning, incident reporting, safety compliance, and daily performance updates to the Head of Operations.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a supervisory FMCG role is beneficial but not essential.
• Good literacy and numeracy for paperwork, rotas, etc.
• Basic computer skills including Word and basic spreadsheets.
• IOSH Managing Safely or Level 3 Health and Safety qualification.
• Strong leadership with flexible shift availability.

Mansioni

• Take responsibility for producing high-quality finished goods and stop production to correct issues.
• Lead and support your team to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Minimise waste and maximise outputs while maintaining quality.
• Organise weekly rota and cover holidays/absences with HR Co-ordinator.
• Report breakdowns and wastage, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in absence of managers to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure Health & Safety on shift and complete production paperwork daily.
• Provide daily performance and safety updates to Head of Operations.
