Job summary

Asda in Skelmersdale is seeking a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of the department. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, help new starters and act as the go-to person on the shop floor.

You will work closely with your manager to maintain high standards, keep your team motivated and ensure excellent customer service during night shifts. The role is 36 hours per week on nights, with a permanent contract.

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
