Qualifications

• Positive, caring and compassionate approach to delivering high-quality care.
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in residential or nursing home settings.
• Experience as Senior Care Assistant, Care Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Experience with medication administration.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, CQC standards and care regulations.
• Experience completing care plans and documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead, support and motivate a care team.
• Flexible, proactive attitude and eligibility to work in the UK.
