Job summary

Shaw healthcare’s Brynhyfryd Care Home in Builth Wells is looking for a passionate and caring Support Worker to provide person-centred care to residents. This role supports daily living activities, with shift patterns from 20:00 to 08:00 and contracts of 24, 36 or 42 hours per week.

No previous experience required; full training and development opportunities are provided, including NVQ qualifications and our Leadership Programme.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
