Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Bank Support Worker for Brynhyfryd Care Home in Builth Wells. You will provide person-centred care and support to residents under care plans, assist with bathing, dressing and daily activities, and help document care delivery accurately while upholding dignity and inclusion.

This zero-hours role offers flexible day and night shifts in a supportive team, with on-site care home environment and opportunities to develop through training and internal programmes.

Shift Times: Days 07:45 - 20:15 Nights 20:00 - 08:00

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
