Home Group in Whitley Bay is seeking a dedicated night worker to help people live independently, safely and with dignity. You’ll support daily tasks, personal care and goal reviews, operating on a rolling 4 on/4 off night rota with 8pm starts.

Qualificações

• Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards
• Passion to support customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
• Confident using initiative, calm under pressure and resilient

Responsabilidades

• Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, budgeting and keeping their home
• Support personal goals and independence as set out in customer support plans
• Provide personal care and medication support where needed
• Complete risk assessments, set goals and review progress
