Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Skilled Production Operative at Manton Wood. You will support multiple products on a single line, ensuring ingredients are stocked and ready, while coordinating with the Line Coordinator to avoid downtime. The role involves physical activity and adherence to food safety processes.

You will join a team that values accuracy, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Overtime is available after 48 hours, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits on site.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Experience in a similar role within food manufacturing is desirable.
• Food Hygiene and health and safety qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support up to 3 products on one line in a busy production environment.
• liaise between prep and production to ensure timely availability of products.
• Ensure ingredients are readily available and monitor online machinery for ingredient shortages.
• Perform duties that include manual lifting and handling high-volume products.
• Complete paperwork to meet daily targets and food safety guidelines.
