Job summary

TALENT GUARDIAN LIMITED is recruiting a Site Engineer in Hungerford for a night shift role (10pm–6am), 37.5 hours per week. You will cover maintenance, breakdowns, and equipment care across the site, reporting to the Chief Engineer and Production Manager.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical and engineering experience, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. There is potential for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and engineering maintenance experience required.
