Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Nights Senior Health Care Assistant for Tees Grange care home in Stockton-on-Tees. Lead a small care team and work closely with the Nurse in Charge to deliver high-quality care for residents with complex needs.

Applicants should have Level 3 Health and Social Care, Maths and English GCSEs, and a strong commitment to dignity and independence. Competitive pay and a 42-hour week across days and nights are offered.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.
• Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above.
• Experience in care with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' personal care.
