Job summary

Dairy Partners Limited is seeking a Section Leader for the Night Shift to lead a team of around 15 in our food manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will drive production performance while upholding food safety, quality and hygiene standards.

You will own your production area, manage people, machinery and materials to meet targets, and work with Engineering on issues, ensuring training, attendance and continuous improvement are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and results.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and hygiene standards would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of approximately 15 employees.
• Driving productivity, line efficiency and KPI performance while minimising downtime and waste.
• Maintaining food safety, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Overseeing machinery operation, basic maintenance and line changeovers, working closely with Engineering to resolve issues.
• Managing training, attendance, holiday cover and team performance.
• Monitoring production performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
