Job summary

Bidfresh Limited is seeking a Factory Operative for the night shift at Kingfisher Brixham to help pick, pack and prepare seafood orders with accuracy and care.

You will work in the freezer department, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely dispatch and quality control. Training and PPE are provided; overtime may be required during busy periods for overall team success.

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Work closely with colleagues across the night shift operation.
• Support the wider team during busy periods.
• Help ensure customer orders are ready for dispatch on time.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
• Work safely within a factory environment with PPE and training provided.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised working area.
