Job summary

New England Seafood International is seeking a Multiskilled Operative at our Chessington site. You will work either day or night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, operating and loading semi-automated production lines. Immediate start for suitable candidates.

No prior experience required; training provided. Applicants must be able to commute to Chessington KT9 1TW, communicate effectively in English, and work well within a team in a busy factory environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are essential for working with the team and colleagues.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative attitude are important for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, calibrate and start production cycles.
• Adjust machine settings and monitor performance.
• Feed and load raw materials into semi-automated equipment.
• Prepare finished products for despatch and ensure correct labelling.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work area.
