Job summary

Kingfisher Court, part of the Dolphin Care division of Dolphin Homes, is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts. You will deliver high-standard nursing and personal care, and supervise support staff during your 24-hour week.

Experience with tracheostomy and ventilators is essential, with NMC registration in place. You will work Friday, Saturday and Tuesday, Thursday on a rotating schedule, supporting clients with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (minimum 1 year).
• Three years' qualified nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of nursing and personal care.
• Lead and supervise care staff during shifts.
• Ensure safeguarding according to policies and whistleblowing procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practice and NMC code of conduct.
• Support people with brain injury and neurological conditions.
