Job summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a 33-hour weekly contract at Dounemont Care Home, part of Belsize Healthcare, near Macduff. You will lead shifts, assess needs, administer medications and ensure high-quality, person-centred care in a tranquil setting.

This role offers ongoing training and funded development with clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles within a professional, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial; open to other backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and develop care plans for residents.
• Administer medication and monitor changes in health.
• Lead shifts and support the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing assessments.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
