Job summary

Beaumont Health Care in Northern Ireland is seeking a Care Assistant for night duty on a full-time basis. You will deliver quality personal care, support residents with daily activities and communicate with families to provide confidence and reassurance.

Even without prior care home experience, full training and development are provided. The role offers progression opportunities, free uniform, parking and a pension, with various shift patterns including nights.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a care home setting

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality personal care to residents, assisting with washing, dressing, eating and hygiene
• Adapting communication to residents and families, offering confidence and reassurance
• Working as a team player with good communication, patience and flexibility
• Good observation skills, a sense of humour and a positive outlook
• Full training and development offered; previous experience in other people-focused environments is welcome
