Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Up-to-date clinical and nursing knowledge.
• Minimum of one year's post-registration clinical experience within a care setting.
• Experience supporting, supervising and appraising staff.
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional and personal development.
• Desirable: ENB 998 or other recognised practice assessor/training qualification.
• Desirable: Experience in disability services or specialist care environments.
