The Shaftesbury Group runs New Court Place, a residential home with nursing care providing for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, plus respite for 16 to 18 year olds. The role centres on clinical assessments, care planning, safe medication administration and supervising care staff.

We are seeking a registered nurse with current NMC registration to join the team. You will lead, support and develop staff, deliver person-centred care and collaborate with families and healthcare

Qualificações

• Registered nurse with valid NMC registration and PIN.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Minimum of one year's post-registration clinical experience in a care setting.
• Experience supervising and appraising staff.
• Up-to-date clinical and nursing knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
• Undertake clinical assessments and reviews.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care and support plans.
• Safely administer and monitor medication.
• Support, supervise and develop care and support staff.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to promote health, wellbeing and independence.
• Build relationships with individuals, families and healthcare professionals.
• Promote best practice and ensure compliance with standards and legislation.
