Job summary

Healthcare Ireland’s Loughside Care Village in Carrickfergus invites applications for a Registered Nurse on a night shift basis. You will lead care delivery, collaboratively plan and evaluate resident care with a multidisciplinary team, and support staff across shifts to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid UK NMC pin
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
• The Right to Work in the UK
• Ability to work independently and supervise a team
• Good standard of written and oral English

Responsibilities

• Delivering person centred care to each resident
• Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
• To offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
• Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
• Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
• Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager
