Qualifications

• Active NMC pin and commitment to NMC Codes of Conduct.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience caring for elderly, preferably with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Carry out risk assessments and develop individual care plans.
• Administer residents' medication.
• Provide direct care including washing, dressing, nutrition and hydration.
• Extend clinical competencies for services like catheterisation and IV therapy.
• Undertake audits and maintain safe practices.
