Job Description:

The Role: Checking quality requirements for all products manufactured by Deli Lites, ensuring compliance with Product Specifications, Food Safety, Food Legality, and Factory Hygiene Standards. Reporting NCRs and GMP issues.

As Night Shift Quality Controller, you will uphold the quality, legality, and authenticity of our values at DELI LITES, helping customers achieve their goals through our passion for people and food. Your Duties:

• Safeguard your own safety and that of others during your duties.
• Support the Deli Lites Quality Team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene procedures.
• Approve in-process production by verifying specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating adjustments.
• Approve finished products, conduct tests, manage re-work, and confirm re-work.
• Complete paperwork and records, including weight, temperature, label checks, metal detection, and checkweigher checks.
• Communicate Non-Conformances via Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain measurement equipment and highlight repair needs.
• Support production, prevent use of sub-standard ingredients, and ensure product safety and quality.
• Assist NPD and Production teams during trials.
• Report issues affecting food safety, legality, or quality to management.
• Perform any other instructions from supervisors or managers.
