Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Technician to join our cleanroom manufacturing team on the Twilight Shift, supporting the preparation, production and inspection of compounded medicines in a highly regulated environment.

The role covers labeling, equipment checks, inventory control, environmental monitoring and aseptic technique, with a Monday–Friday rotating pattern and flexible shift requirements during training.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics required.
• Strong computer literacy and confident using digital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Previous GMP/pharma or regulated environment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Label products accurately according to specifications.
• Carry out routine equipment checks.
• Prioritise production tasks to meet schedules.
• Manufacture products in line with procedures.
• Demonstrate validated aseptic technique.
• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory within production areas.
• Meet production schedules and turnaround times.
• Sanitise equipment and components per SOPs.
• Perform routine sampling, testing and maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare and sanitise raw materials.
