Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Production Technician for permanent night shift in our GMP-compliant cleanroom manufacturing team. You will support preparation, production and inspection of compounded medicines, working Sunday 10:00pm to Friday 6:00am (37.5 hours).

Core hours run Sunday night to Friday morning with an initial training period on alternative shifts before transitioning to the permanent night pattern. The role includes a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Essential Requirements GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Good computer skills and confidence using digital systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Previous experience in GMP/pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of cleanroom production.
• Label products according to specifications.
• Perform equipment checks and set-up activities.
• Prioritise workload to meet production schedules.
• Manufacture products following approved procedures.
• Demonstrate aseptic technique and maintain hygiene.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Control inventory within production areas.
• Meet turnaround times and sanitise equipment per SOPs.
• Report sanitisation deviations and participate in environmental monitoring.
