Job summary

pladis is recruiting a Team Member for our manufacturing team at Long Lane, Aintree. You will contribute to achieving the factory's goals by safely and efficiently producing products to specification, while upholding quality and cost targets.

You will work 7pm-7am, 3 on 3 off, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, hygiene and continuous improvement. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, clear communication and a proactive approach to problem solving within a busy

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards.
• Optimise line output via machine setup and reviewing performance data.
• Coordinate material movement efficiently.
• Plan and perform start-up/shut-down according to standard documents.
• Maximise plant efficiency and minimise waste, including recycling.
• Conduct food safety and quality checks on the line.
• Communicate key operational information to colleagues and shift teams.
• Demonstrate tasks to support site training programmes.
