Job summary

IPL Inchture is recruiting a Production Operative for our onsite potato site. You will join a dynamic production team and work on rotating night shifts 8pm–6:30am Monday to Thursday. The role requires experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, good practical skills, and the ability to work quickly and as part of a team.

You will follow instructions, stay focused on repetitive tasks, and uphold health and safety policies. Entry-level English is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/pack house/produce background is desirable.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically within a team, concentrate on repetitive tasks, and follow instructions.
• Understanding of health and safety policies; entry level in written and spoken English.
